Winemaker, Grape Variety,
Terroir and Climate

Winemakers now have the opportunity to send us their wine for tasting. This will take place with our sommelier friends to decide on suitability for listing.

The winemaker will know which grape variety to grow and how to care for the vines given the terroir and micro climate of the vineyard.  The quantity of grapes per vine is restricted to optimum level.  This allows the vines to express more fully the taste influence given by the specific vineyard.

The winemaker will ensure that the grapes are picked by hand at exactly the right time and the best carefully selected for winemaking.
